Her keynote will provide the latest insights on consumer trends, shopper behaviour, and how businesses can adapt to meet the evolving needs of their customers.
The event will also feature Charlotte Cain, Visitor Economy Partnership Development Manager, who will provide the latest updates from the Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) in Staffordshire. Charlotte will share the latest local visitor economy data and explain how the LVEP is supporting businesses in this sector.
